THE ROYAL INTERNATIONAL AIR TATOO FAIRFORD UK 16 & 17 JULY 2005 This was my first visit to RIAT ever and it was as good as I had dreamed of it being. So much to see from round the world, on display as static exhibits and flying in a breath-taking show of air power. Arrivals day on Friday was great and departures day on Monday gave a chance to see even the statics take to the air. The weather was hot and sunny throughout the weekend until lunchtime on Monday, when there was a little drizzly rain. But who cares about that! All in all, a brilliant and enjoyable weekend.
